MEET KAYLA

Kayla is the founder and CEO of Siren Beauty Bar, a licensed esthetician, professional permanent makeup artist, educator, and entrepreneur based in Columbus, Ohio. With a background in communications and marketing and an MBA, she brings together artistry, strategy, and business to create an experience that extends far beyond beauty services.

Since founding Siren Beauty Bar in March 2020, Kayla has built the brand around elevated artistry, personalized client experiences, and education designed to help the next generation of beauty professionals grow with confidence.

RECOGNIZED IN THE INDUSTRY

Kayla has been recognized within the Columbus beauty community for her artistry, leadership, and commitment to the industry. She has received two nominations for Top Brow Artist in Columbus and, in 2026, was invited to serve as a panelist at the Behind the Scenes beauty & Barber Expo, sharing insight alongside fellow beauty professionals and industry leaders.

BEYOND THE ARTISTRY

Kayla’s work has taken her beyond the treatment room, from continuing education and industry events to beauty conventions and professional experiences both nationally and abroad. She is committed to staying connected to the evolving beauty industry while continuously refining her artistry, education, and approach to business.

As an educator, she is especially passionate about helping aspiring artists develop not only technical skill, but the confidence, professionalism, and business foundation needed to build sustainable careers of their own.

THE BUSINESS BEHIND THE BEAUTY

In addition to leading Siren Beauty Bar and Siren Beauty academy, Kayla is also a co-owner of The Collective 614, a Columbus-based salon suite business. Her work across beauty, education, and entrepreneurship reflects a larger mission: creating opportunities, building lasting brands, and helping women step confidently into what’s next.
